Be Not Afraid
The word from God to the church be not afraid . God gave the judges instruction in Deuteronomy1:17Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it. These are the very same instruction for the church today. Be not afraid. It does not matter if your enemies appear to have the upper hand be not afraid (Deuteronomy1:28Whither shall we go up? our brethren have discouraged our heart, saying, The people is greater and taller than we; the cities are great and walled up to heaven; and moreover we have seen the sons of the Anakims there.
29 Then I said unto you, Dread not, neither be afraid of them.
30 The LORD your God which goeth before you, he shall fight for you, according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes;) The very same God that delivered (saved) his people then will save his people today! Be Not Afraid. Remember( Deuteronomy 7:17 If thou shalt say in thine heart, These nations are more than I; how can I dispossess them?
18 Thou shalt not be afraid of them: but shalt well remember what the LORD thy God did unto Pharaoh, and unto all Egypt;) When fear and doubt grips your heart remember. Be Not Afraid!
And last remember when Jesus commanded his disciples to go to the other side, they encountered a storm. He did not leave them nor forsake them. He came to them saying it is I be not afraid (Matthew 14:27But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid. ) The word for the church today is Be not Afraid!
